I'm Heather, President of a construction company by day, and a Sacred Soul Strategist by soul.

My journey with essential oils began in 1999, shortly after my first child was born, while I was obtaining a Bachelor of Science at Colorado State University. What started as a mother's mission to find safe, natural solutions soon evolved into a lifelong devotion to plant medicine, healing, and wholeness. In 2002, I became a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, formulating custom blends and rituals that supported women in seasons of burnout, transition, and transformation.

Over the following decade, I balanced motherhood with entrepreneurship, growing my wellness businesses, Hemp Essentials and Aromatic Institute, while raising three incredible children and serving on the AIA Board. Eventually, I moved back to the East Coast to be closer to my parents.

In 2015, I became a single parent. When my business could no longer fully support my family, I found myself in the corporate world, where I stepped into a C-suite leadership role in the construction industry, serving as President. That chapter brought stability, power, and structure. Now, a decade later, I've come full circle, obtaining my Master of Science in Integrative Health, with a concentration in Aromatherapy, and a Doctorate in Integrative Health — blending ancient ritual with modern science to guide high-functioning women back to their center.
